He was secretary of the Italian Association of Orthodontists and President of the Italian Association of Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunctions and Temporomandibular Pain Syndrome;
Participated in the development of clinical guidelines in the field of dentistry for the Italian Ministry of Health and other guidelines for the treatment of TMJ dysfunction;
He is the co-author of two monographs.
